My husband needed a biopsy done on his adrenal gland. Annie called to schedule for the next morning, but it could not be scheduled until he had his referral from the VA Community Care. She worked extremely hard all afternoon that day to get the needed referral pushed through and was successful.

He had his biopsy the following morning. We are extremely grateful!  Annie's hard work on this day could play a major role in getting the quick treatment started to extend my husband's life. He has metastatic lung cancer.
