On day 2 of my stay entered Andrea. Andrea listened to me carefully to what I was saying and what I was concerned about. She carefully explained the tests and procedures I would have and if she didn't know the answer she would find out for me. I felt like she cared about me, not just as a patient but as a person with fears and anxieties. She was truly my advocate, not just my nurse. She was also a great consolation for my wife spending the time to get answers. She is the kindest and caring medical professional I have ever met so I am grateful that she was there for me for 3 days. I felt everyone was professional, but Andrea took it to the next level. Whether it was immediately arranging for a new bed when mine was too short or getting some food, she jumped to task often without being asked. And always with a smile. This wonderful nurse made a difficult painful week a little more bearable and I was incredibly lucky to have her as my nurse for three days. She made I big difference for this patient. She is a top professional who has a kind heart.
