I came across a "letter of appreciation" written by one of our patient's on Unit 31. In that letter it described one of our newer nurses exactly. The letter described her professionalism, character and her commitment to being an excellent nurse. Andrea is not a nurse who comes in different every day or she does not treat her patients differently, but she gives her best to all her patients, and let me tell you her best is good. Consequently, she was also named the employee of the month by her peers.
