After initially being disappointed that my night nurse would not be the one to deliver my baby, when the nurse introduced us to Andrea at shift change, my attitude changed. I loved her just as much as my night nurse. If I ever planned on having another baby, there isn't another nurse I would want by my side in the room. She walked me through the entire process step by step. She kept me calm and made sure I was well informed about everything that was happening or that I needed to do. Any questions I had were given very thorough answers.
After she helped deliver my daughter, she took very good care of her and me. She was in no rush to take my new baby from me and waited until I was ready to do what she needed to do. The after delivery care she gave me was phenomenal. She helped me with everything, during labor and after. I never had to ask for anything twice. I barely had to ask for anything in general because nine times out of ten, she already knew what I needed. My family and I had an amazing experience. Not only was I taken care of but she took excellent care of my fiance as well. I could not have asked for a better nurse to help me through my day. Everyone that took care of me was amazing, but Andrea, I will never forget. My fiance, myself, and my daughter would like to thank her for such an outstanding and memorable experience.
