Over the past several months, I have reached out to her on numerous occasions for various needs. Andrea has not only responded immediately, but she has patiently addressed each need, taken care of each need, and then followed up to ensure that my needs were met. It is rare to have a health care provider who is responsible for a multitude of patients be able to give the time, compassion, advocacy, and genuine kindness that Andrea has. When it comes to the art of nursing, the kind spirit of a nurse, and a patient advocate, Andrea sets the example that all nurses should strive to emulate. Andrea, thank you for always assisting me.
