Andrea DeJong, RN

Andrea used every spare moment of her shift to work on our patient's hair. Her hair was one solid mat on the back of her head. Andrea used her own money to get the tools to try to improve the state of her hair. She worked tirelessly to save as much hair as possible and improve the patient's scalp integrity. 2 brushes, 2 combs, and an entire bottle of conditioner later, she restored and saved our patient's hair to its former glory. I hope if I am ever in that situation, someone will care enough to try to save my hair instead of shaving it all off. Thank you, Andrea!
