I was not able to stay overnight at the hospital with my husband as I had to get home to be with our children. Andrea made me feel comfortable and I knew that she was going to take great care of my husband when I couldn't be there. Her warm heart, compassion and caring touch made our visit so much easier. She came in with a smile, asked how she could help, and then really listened. She came up with a plan and wrote it on the chart. We decided our most important criteria was communicating and keeping us informed on progress and making sure my husband was not in pain. We really appreciate her taking the time to genuinely be in the moment and really be there for us, all with a smile!
