My parent has been in your hospital before and during this admission. After several days of visiting my parent and helping with daily care, my parent had become down in spirits. On the weekend morning I received a call from a very chipper parent, announcing that breakfast had been eaten, they were up in the chair, leg wraps were on and it was going to be a good day! I am so grateful for Andrea and the care she gave my loved one. Her care and presence made all the difference in the world!

I have had two recent admissions to 7South and was privileged to have Andrea as my nurse both stays. She was the most upbeat and positive person in the entire hospital. She explained things clearly, helping me and my family to understand what the doctors talked about. She also advocated for me when needed, she made me feel like a person and she even laughed at my son's dumb jokes! The nursing world needs more Andreas!
