One example is when a patient left his nebulizer in his room when he was discharged. He was short of breath and panicking. Andrea was able to contact the patient's pharmacy, fax a nebulizer order to them and have his family member pick it up. This way he was able to continue his treatments. Andrea is the example of patient care extraordinaire.
