Being new parents, we were having a hard time knowing what to do for our son when he would not stop crying. Everyone says babies sleep all the time but ours definitely did not. We felt defeated and like we didn't know what we were doing and very overwhelmed. I called for my nurse and Andrea was amazing about explaining why he was acting the way he was, reassuring us that everything was normal and that there was nothing we were doing wrong. She went above and beyond in providing ideas on things to try so that we felt like there was something we could do. I will always remember the kindness and care Andrea showed that night and am forever grateful she was my nurse!
