My mom has had a rough time since suffering multiple strokes. We are usually transferred from South Shore ER to the main campus. I always stayed at the hospital with my mom until discharge, for her comfort and because she forgets and does not remember her medical history. My mom was a little nervous about staying here because she thought I could not stay all night. We did get approval that I could stay. Andrea was wonderful toward my mom; my mother was put at ease. Andrea, was so comforting and sweet to toward my mom. I saw my mom go from being stressed to immediately being at ease.
