I was getting ready to leave AMA. She came in and spoke to me, helped calm me down and gave me options on my care vs. leaving. I chose to stay due to her counseling and professionalism. She then helped me get my pain meds, jelly for my feet, and snacks. I feel we should have more workers like her.
