I first met Andrea in September. She was compassionate and very professional during what was a very bad infection in a very personal location. Andrea was able to meet my personal as well as emotional, physical, and psychological needs and help the situation de-escalate when dealing with a physician. She remained professional and compassionate as I struggled to deal with the infection boosting my confidence and encouraging me throughout my stay, making my transition to home smooth.
