Upon entering the facility from Baptist, I was very sick physically and mentally. I had lost my husband of 43 years while being in the hospital and was unable to even attend his funeral. I was very sad. Andrea shows nothing but excellence and pride in being a nurse. She wasn't always my evening nurse, but would come down to my room at least twice to be sure I was okay. She always gave me a hug and said bye for the day! She is very professional but also truly cares about the well-being of the patients, mentally and physically. That matters!! I love coffee, and she always made sure I had it! She even brought me one upon starting her shift, whether with me or not. I have been able to heal through her work ethic and compassion without even knowing she was doing this. I truly love her ethics, morals, and values. She is an outstanding nurse. Thank you, Andrea.
