Andrea J. Ortiz, RN

Andrea worked hard with my wife during her recovery from Hip surgery. My wife had a kidney transplant and required special medications to be administered at certain times. She worked hard to make sure that happened. It was nice to see how well she worked with her co-workers. They would come to her with questions, and she was so willing to answer their questions with patience. She was so helpful to her team, and it was visible. Andrea made my wife feel special and that her mission was for my wife to have a speedy recovery. Comfort was her number one mission. She went above and beyond the call of duty!
