Andrea is a very kind, caring, and compassionate nurse. She greets her patients and coworkers alike with a smile and a positive attitude. She is always willing to help and go the extra yard to ensure a patient has a positive experience in our department. Andrea cares deeply for the comfort of her patients and is fully engaged in their care. This caring attitude also extends to the members of our dept as she is our resident "party planner". She maintains our "kudos" board, oversees our Sunshine fund, organizes monthly birthday celebrations and the Christmas gift exchange. Just this week she put a Valentine on everyone's locker. Andrea is not only an outstanding nurse but an all-around outstanding person and we are all fortunate to have her as a co-worker and friend.
