Andrea Kassel is compassionate and caring. Andrea puts her patients before herself and advocates for their best care. She took the time to educate me, and care for me during my stay. Andrea looks out for a patient’s physical and emotional well-being and looks for a solution when it seems all hope is lost.
Andrea doesn't just accept the minimum care for a patient but ensures the best care is provided by herself and all around her. She protects her patients, and I felt safe when Andrea was assigned as my nurse.
I am sure she had other constraints on her time, but never once did I feel like a burden. Andrea even made sure lactation came to chat with me regarding breastfeeding. She also made sure I was rested and was my voice when I wasn't strong enough to be that voice. She protected me.
