Andrea listened to me, really listened to what was important to me. She was compassionate when I was at my lowest strength. She was prompt to respond to call lights and a comforting friend on the unit. She advocated for me, dedicated to helping manage my pain, and educated me about new drugs I'd been taking after surgery. She was a loyal team player, who was always respectful of my privacy. I had her loving care and diligence to get my rehab off to a good start!
