Andrea helped me schedule my appointment and colonoscopy with Dr. R for times that would work around my work schedule. Knowing my personal difficulties with certain forms of medication, she worked with the doctor to make sure a compliant prescription would be sent to my preferred pharmacy. We kept in contact before and after the colonoscopy and she helped ease my anxieties and encourage me.

After the colonoscopy, I was referred to Dr. F for another related surgery. This surgery required a prior consultation, one for which I was particularly nervous. Andrea knew of this and encouraged me beforehand. Afterward, she came by the room where I had been consulted. Through friendly conversation and even the sharing of some food, she helped to calm me down and assure me that I was in the right place and in good hands. I was unaware of the duration of recovery after this procedure, and she informed me of what it would entail. Before and after the procedure, she maintained contact with me to make sure I was taking care of myself and was handling the anxieties well.
