My husband was checked into the hospital and has early Alzheimer's. He had quite a fit and tried to leave his room and the hospital. No family members were there to help so Andrea, in addition to managing her other patients, took over the situation and took care not only of the Alzheimer's episode but made sure my husband's heart situation was addressed. When I arrived she was upbeat and explained that he had been given medication and a care companion would be with him all day. I was so impressed with her professionalism, kindness, and concern and how she comforted my husband throughout the day (and me). She deserves praise and recognition.
