Andrea Lenertz's care of my father has been exceptional since his transfer a little less than two weeks ago. She has monitored and administered doctor's orders carefully and it's clear she takes her job as an RN seriously. Her communication with my family and me regarding my dad's health/recovery has been above and beyond the call of duty.
