Andrea was so compassionate and even said sorry for the need to re-insert my IV. It is very hard to find a vein for me, which has always been the case, so it was a real challenge for her to re-insert. She spent quality 1 ½ hours with me trying to do it as patiently and calmly as she could while considering my comfort and my feelings. My husband and I are very thankful that it happened during her shift.
