Andrea provided excellent care for a family member of mine. Today is my grandmother’s birthday. She brought a balloon all the way from the gift shop and brought her a cake. Andrea also took time, patience, and kindness to understand my grandmother while also making sure she had a clean and safe room. We are very glad Andrea was the nurse who helped make our grandmother have the best birthday she could have had while being in the hospital.
