Andrea Martinez, RN

Andrea Martinez had a sick subarachnoid hemorrhage patient. The patient had returned from intervention and was not doing well clinically. She did not have a chance to review orders but focused on the patient and was able to get her quickly assessed and down for imaging due to the decline, all while getting new meds started, and new vent changes, and the patient did well. She consistently shows good judgment, especially in critical situations like these, and deserves recognition.
