Andrea Miller is an exemplary nurse on the Billings Clinic ICU unit. Andrea has the sweetest disposition of any night nurse I have ever met. Andrea went out of her way to make sure I was informed of my mother's condition when I was not at the hospital. Having her watch over my mom throughout the night gave me peace of mind and allowed me to catch up on some much-needed sleep. The security was a priceless gift. The night my family and I arrived from a 10 - hour drive Andrea met us with a beaming smile and an air of calm and confidence that is unmatched. Andrea was quiet, compassionate and gentle while caring for my mother allowing her to rest when her body required it the most. Andrea patiently answered every question I had with expertise and facts. She knew my mother's information off the top of her head which to me showed exceptional dedication to her care. Andrea's hard work, dedication and expertise truly made a difference in my mother's recovery. For this, my mother, my family and I could never do enough to repay and thank her. Andrea deserves an endless amount of gratitude for the dedication she puts forth for her patients every day.
