First and foremost, Drea was pleasant from the first meeting. Introducing herself with a casual, confident and sweet presence. As busy as she was, I watched her move swiftly throughout the floor and with me. She handled all requests and explained each item and product she was dealing with. I was very impressed with the facility and staff, however Drea really stood out; she was phenomenal to say the least. She was a Rock Star going above and beyond every time! I told her I was craving M&M's and one hour later I had some. It's the little things that make difficult situations tolerable or even pleasant. This is just one example of how she shows how much she really cares for her patients. Drea is one of the best nurses I have ever known! I can't say enough; she's awesome!
