Andrea Moncada, RN

Andrea was the RN for one of my patients on 6RC. She had him for two days. On the second day, this patient rapidly declined. Andrea kept the team notified, and because of her quick and efficient interventions, the wife was able to make it to the unit and be with her husband in his final moments. cThe patient a celloist and Andrea used her own phone to find a music station for his favorite celloist to help him feel comfortable. The patient's family will be forever grateful for the care delivered in his final moments.
