Andrea Musat helped me get settled in when I came to my room. After spending 4 to 5 hours in the ER, I was not only sick and feeling really bad, but I was in a really bad mood. Andrea made me feel at ease. She did the usual things they have to do to a new patient when they come to the room. At the same time, she made me feel more at ease. Especially after having had to go over my information for the millionth time a lot easier. I started to relax and calm down. It was more like a conversation than a question and answer again. She was sympathetic to my situation and made me feel at home. By the time I was all checked in and ready to get into bed I was in a better frame of mind. Andrea is truly a compassionate and professional caregiver. I hope everyone having to stay gets that same level of care.
