Our night nurse, Andrea, made a connection with us right away. It feels great to be comfortable with your nurse during such a vulnerable time. She was clear with us every step of the way and made sure to answer any questions that we had. She made sure to include both parents, making us both feel special. She handled the baby with lots of care and attentiveness. We were very happy to have Andrea on both nights of our stay. Even while caring for others, she made sure that our needs were also met in a timely manner. We will not forget how great we were taken care of during our stay. Every step of the way was explained to us, even when we did not know what questions to ask. Thank you to all the staff here for providing us with a great experience. I hope all new parents get to experience what we did.
