Andrea was very detailed with my care. I used the bathroom and noticed that there was blood in my urine and stool; I notified Andrea. I was concerned, and she immediately said she was going to take a sample to send to the lab and make sure it wasn't something for me to worry about. Andrea made me feel confident that she would take care of it immediately and make sure everything was okay. Andrea notified the doctor right away. She took the extra mile to make me feel confident and not worry as she saw that I was very terrified. Due to Andrea's care and concern for my health, I received the correct treatment and medication today. She is very compassionate, carrying, and very communicative. Her effectiveness makes her an outstanding nurse. I thank her for caring for me and her patience with me. Andrea is very deserving of the DAISY Award, I appreciate her care.
