Andrea Parinas, RN

I am Head Nurse for Ms. Andrea. I appreciate Ms. Andrea for her work ethic and dedication as a Staff Nurse in my department. Every time we need extra help in the department Ms. Andrea is always willing to help without hesitation. Like last night we had 1 staff who couldn't come for duty because she was sick. Ms. Andrea volunteered to come for duty and help the Ward. Last time she was the only one on duty and alone with patients, she didn't call any on-call if she can manage the ward even with admission. Her work ethic is what makes her extraordinary with other staff. I truly appreciate her for that.
