Andrea took excellent care of my mother during her hospital stay. My mother was in the hospital over Christmas after falling on Christmas Eve, and it has been the superb, kind, and caring nurses who made her stay so pleasurable. Andrea has been our nurse for two days and we have loved her. She is an incredibly hard working and very conscientious, as well as kind, caring, understanding, and empathetic. Andrea always has a bright smile and a nurturing attitude. No matter how exhausted she must be, she makes you feel as if no job or request is an imposition and that she is happy to help and to be there for you. She responds quickly and is fun to be around, which goes a long way when you are not feeling well. Andrea has treated my mother with dignity and caring. It touched me and means so much when you are at your most vulnerable. Andrea was also Mom's nurse last January when she broke her hip. We were so happy to see her again. Andrea is a perfect example of what caring nursing is all about.
