I don't know where to start with the good things to say about Andrea. She was bright, cheerful, polite - yet could give/take a joke (and she could be forceful when it was required.) She really took us under her wing, showed both my mother, and my family true warmth and compassion; she took the time to explain everything that was going on during this final stretch. She assured us that having 18 people gathered in an ICU room in the last hours was not going to be a problem.
Andrea constantly asked what she could do for us. Her explanations of the final processes, and what we could expect - especially at the end, really put us at ease. The bottom line, I can only compliment and thank you for a staff member like Andrea. She was a God-send at one of the most difficult times in our family's life.
