My family and I had been in an accident while traveling through the Williamsport area and needed to receive care at the local emergency department. Upon arrival, we were blown away by the extraordinary level of service that was provided. Andrea, our nurse, stood out as an exceptional caregiver as she went above-and-beyond providing clinical care to us that day. Due to the accident, we were stranded in the area and wondering how we were going to finish our travels home. In between providing care for us, Andrea helped us reach out to a local rental car company, provided us with a new car seat and booster seat for our children, and had her husband take us to pick up our rental car when a taxi wasn't available. Because of her, we were able to get back on the road safely, and I will never forget what she did.
