With her remarkable recall of my father’s health history, we were able to get “down to business” with the doctor regarding the reason for making the appointment.
For seven years, I have been visiting the Hinesville clinic as the primary caregiver for my aging father. While the provider on PACT 2 has changed numerous times, Andrea Wynn, LPN has been a constant.
During a recent visit with our new provider, Ms. Wynn expertly briefed the doctor on all my father’s past medical history including blood pressure medications that had been tried and failed. As my father ages, his breathing declines, and long conversations deplete his ability to breathe comfortably. For him to have recalled all the information Ms. Wynn shared upfront with the doctor would have been difficult and created extreme discomfort. With her remarkable recall of my father’s health history, we were able to get “down to business” with the doctor regarding the reason for making the appointment.
Additionally, whenever we are in the Hinesville clinic for other appointments, Ms. Wynn makes herself available to us for any quick questions or needs we might have that do not require a doctor’s appointment. She follows through expediently on any requests or needs.
