Being in a hospital is difficult. Since my arrival on the ninth floor, Andrea has ensured that I was well attended to, informed, and educated on my diagnosis and test results. Andrea‘s bedside manners have over exceeded my expectations. A specific situation with Andrea, even though there is more than one, would be when she noticed I was drowsy and mumbling, and it was difficult to keep my eyes open. Andrea immediately realized there was a change in my daily behavior and stepped in, taking my vitals and completing an assessment. Andrea did not panic and stepped into leading the initiative and evaluation of the situation.

I am completely grateful to have Andrea as my nurse. Not only is Andrea professional, sympathetic, and empathetic, but she also possesses the knowledge and an excellent bedside manner to care for someone. Andrea is morally and ethically whatever any organization or patient needs. Andrea‘s bedside manner needs to be exactly what any healthcare setting should be. Thank you, Andrea. You are a true blessing, and I am grateful to have you as my nurse. Keep up the great work, and don’t ever lose the bedside manners you have. I truly believe you’ll be a great NP or PA someday!
