From the first time that I spoke to Andreana on the phone, I already could tell that she was an exceptional nurse. She was super patient and was willing to spend more time on the phone with me. This meant a lot since my mom was in the hospital and I live on the East Coast. I then had a chance to meet Andreana in person, and meeting her in person was also impressionable. Every time Andreana popped into the room, she was cheery and again, super patient with any requests or questions.
