I came to the ER in the evening and was greeted by Andy after completing the check-in with the front desk. During the 5 or so hours that I was in the ER getting my severed thumb taken care of, Andy demonstrated a fantastic professional personality towards my particular situation and took very good care of keeping both myself and my wife informed on the progress with attending Dr. M. My injury was pretty severe, and I believe that both he and Dr. M provided me with a wonderful level of comport and compassion for the complete duration of my time at the ER.
I feel he deserves to be recognized for his attention to detail as well as having a broad understanding of attending to individuals like myself who unfortunately find themselves having to cope with such a painful and embarrassing injury. I wish him all the success in whatever he pursues, as I feel confident that he can attain many more accolades in his future endeavors.
