Andrew was nominated by the family of a patient who remained in the ED as a boarded patient for a number of hours, they complimented how Andrew kept them informed and made them feel safe. Andrew is calm under stressful situations, he embodies strong critical thinking skills and puts his patients first. ACH ED is lucky to have him.
