Andrew Burnsed makes any night working under his supervision seem easier and more organized than perhaps it may truly be. Andy's ability to consistently remain level-headed and understanding with his staff during chaotic situations is remarkable, and it transfers to the staff as well. Andy makes us more aware of our resources and skills and how to use them efficiently. Andy is very hands-on as a charge nurse in the ED and among the first to respond to adverse events that can occur in our department. Andy also has a knack for alleviating any ailment a co-worker may experience during a shift, such as making arrangements for someone when they feel ill. Andy is considerate and thoughtful.
