When my fiancée and I arrived at the ER, we were blessed to meet Andrew. His genuine kindness, warmth, and smiling immediately made us feel like family. 

His efficiency, knowledge answering our questions, and making a scary time in my life far less stressful. His professional bedside manner was awesome, he was truly my angel. I'm very thankful for his help, humor and service. 

Definitely an asset to this hospital and has a true servant's heart.
