Andrew is an extraordinary person and nurse. He was not only knowledgeable but a highly skilled, compassionate, caring individual. Andrew made the pre-op experience less stressful and made me feel at ease. I believe he truly demonstrates the true meaning of what a nurse should be.

Andrew was very thorough with the instructions. Also, very friendly. He made me feel good about going home prepared for anything that could happen. He was good about joking with me about saying no dishes or cooking to lighten the mood.

I have had Andrew as a pre/post-op nurse twice since February. He is amazing! He is kind and compassionate and explains everything very well. He includes my support system in the conversation and makes me feel less apprehensive. As I prepare to return in an hour for my third surgery (the second in a week), I pray that Andrew is my nurse again. He is just amazing!
