Andrew Dain, BSN, RN
Andrew (Andy) Dain joined the 3E Acute Palliative Care Nursing team in 2018 after spending the first 5 years of his nursing career in med-surg. He knew that he wanted to enhance and develop a more focused, personal approach to nursing care and was inspired by a personal experience with his own family on this unit.
Andy was recognized for his excellent care by a family who said everything he did was exceptional. He makes it his mission to develop trusting, positive relationships with his patients and their families. He has a wicked sense of humor and an incredibly tender heart, using both in a wonderful balance to put people at ease and help them work through the tough transitions in end of life care.
