Andrew Diego, RN

I was a patient of the ED, and Andrew was the charge nurse. He helped me get settled in a room and went out of his way to alleviate my stress and concerns about being admitted. Andrew is the personification of caring and professionalism in the medical field.

Whenever my wife needed anything, Andrew was there to help. He was gentle and caring when he completed her daily routines. He always made sure she was comfortable with each procedure, from the simplest to the most troubling. He took the time to explain to her what he planned to do, and she was very comfortable with him. He won her confidence and made her stay more comfortable whenever he came into her room.
