I was admitted to LVH-Pocono after surgery. I was admitted to the 4th floor. Andrew's bright smile and happy aura raised my spirits every time he entered the room. I nicknamed him "Sunshine". He treated me with respect and dignity. He talked to me and made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I returned to the hospital for my 2nd surgery. Andrew was my roommate's nurse, he would always check on me when he was in our room. I will always remember his bright smile and kindness. Great nurse.

Andrew's effort to make my father's stay in 4B was exceptional. My father has dementia and Andrew took the time to explain things to him when he was confused. I called Andrew one evening and asked Andrew if he could put my father's TV on a channel to watch his favorite show, "No problem", he said. Andrew is a very compassionate individual who deserves recognition for his efforts.
