My dad, was moved to 2West after being at Mercy for 2 weeks then transferred to Christ Hospital. He was on a ventilator and sedated for 18 days and went through A LOT! He was confused, grumpy not sleeping and his lab work was up and down. Not a happy camper.

Andrew was the best RN that m my dad had - trust me he had over 40 nurses. Christ Hospital is the BEST!

Andrew went over and beyond to help my dad. One day my dad's sodium level dropped to 118 and Andrew was by my dad's side all day. He happened to be his nurse the next day and was so happy to see that my dad was doing much better.

I tried to visit my dad everyday even if it was just 1 hour. Andrew seemed to be the charge nurse and I can see why. The other RN's respect him and I could see him working and always helping others. He never wavered even though after a long 12 hour day he made a point to say good bye to my dad with a smile on his face and wished him well. He is one of a kind and so glad we had him as a RN. DAISY Award? - YES!
