My husband and I had to bring in our 1-year-old son to the ER where he later was diagnosed with RSV. There were so many emotions and concerns. We were so scared of our son's breathing and high fever. Putting your trust in someone you don't even know to take care of your child is very hard and scary. But Andrew Kalley at the Pediatric Clinic was so on top of his A game, that our concerns went out the window. You can tell he truly cared about our son. His compassion for his job shows, you know it's not just a job for him. It's more! He is very respectful and caring, not only to our son's needs but to our needs as well. He doesn't treat you like a patient but more like a friend. I was very impressed with how he treats patients and parents. I believe without a doubt he deserves the DAISY Award. And we want to thank you Andrew, for taking such good care of our baby boy and always explaining things to us when we didn't understand and making us feel good about who's hands our son was in.
