Excerpts from the most recent survey: Andrew was so informative, I was extremely nervous and upset about the procedure. I actually had trouble breathing that morning and had not slept in 2 weeks thinking about the procedure. If it were not for Andrew taking the time to explain the process and calmly talking to me. I was so scared. I have had 13 surgeries and numerous procedures done, but still get very upset and scared. Andrew is a very caring young man. He listened and was patient. He took my concerns into consideration. I met many nurses and doctors in the past but Andrew is by far the most compassionate professional I have ever spoken with. Andrew is a real "gem" and a "blessing" to all his patients.
