I was a passenger in an airplane crash and have had numerous surgeries at TGH. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. This time, for what I hope, is my last surgery, I have Andrew as my last nurse. It was my pleasure to be cared for by him. Andrew was truly concerned about my comfort and pain level following surgery. He took the time to become familiar with my 3-year ordeal with my bilateral broken ankles. My anxiety level was reduced because I could feel his compassion and goal to make me comfortable and ease my distress. Andrew is a caring and a compassionate nurse.
