Andrew Pokornowski, RN

Andrew embodies everything the DAISY Award stands for. I have never seen a nurse collaborate, guide, and provide extraordinary care to patients more than him. He is always the first to ask how he can help you during your shift. He is seen teaching and guiding nurses every day. Even after working over three years with him, he still teaches me something new every time we work together. Andrew is a great mentor and asset to our team. He connects with patients and families and provides compassionate care. The level of knowledgeable and detail-oriented care he provides is something I strive to achieve. We are so lucky and thankful to have Andrew on our team!
